About Me
Welcome, my name is Elizabeth, better known as elizabethsalazarrr across platforms! I am a mom who once struggled with eating healthy, finding the time was always my excuse. Until one day I sat down and created myself a meal plan for the week which included breakfast, lunch, dinners and snacks. I propped my phone up, hit record and shared it with the world! Which was quite scary! But little did I know there was a community of people who were also struggling! Since then I have created a community of people who have shown me so much love, support and appreciation. I receive messages from all over the world saying how my meals have helped reach goals and just sending a simple thank you! That is truly what has kept me going! & because of that, I have worked hard on creating meals that sometimes take less than 20 minutes to make! And I am happy to share each of those recipes + more all here in one spot!
